Somali Pirates May Release Koreans

Four South Koreans seized by an armed group off the Somali coast in May could be released soon after an agreement was reached with the kidnappers, a news report said Saturday.
Negotiators from South Korea and the Somali armed group were holding talks on how to hand over the four South Koreans, Chosun Ilbo newspaper reported, citing an unnamed senior South Korean official.
